DiabloLead (diablolead.pl) is operated by DiabloLead. By using the platform, you accept these terms.
To use the platform, you must create an account with an email and password. You are responsible for your account security.
Payments are processed by Stripe. Subscriptions renew automatically. You can cancel anytime from settings — it stays active until the end of the paid period.
New users receive 3 days of free access with limited quotas. No credit card is required for the trial.
The platform is for legitimate B2B communication. Sending spam is strictly prohibited. You agree to comply with all laws (including anti-spam regulations) and bear full, exclusive legal responsibility for the content and legality of your sent emails, indemnifying DiabloLead from any third-party claims.
By uploading or collecting leads in the CRM, you act as the Data Controller, and DiabloLead acts as the Data Processor under GDPR. Accepting these terms constitutes signing a Data Processing Agreement (DPA). We protect your data on Google Cloud servers (EU) using AES-256 and TLS 1.3 encryption.
DiabloLead does not guarantee the accuracy of third-party data. The platform is provided "as-is".
We reserve the right to update these terms. Material changes will be communicated via email.
